Rialto Community Drug Team welcomes and supports individuals and their families experiencing issues with Addiction.

Working from a person-centred approach, RCDT offers non-judgemental advice, advocacy, treatment, education and support to help you or a family member deal with the issues you are experiencing and presenting with. By working through agreed care-plans best suited to your needs, we aim to support you reduce the risks and harms caused to you and achieving your stated aims and goals. Our focus will be to work with you to bring about positive choices and lifestyle change.
