Rialto Community Drug Team is a member of Rialto Development Association.

We are directed by a voluntary management committee many of whom live in the Rialto area with experience in the areas of arts, community development and regeneration, business, drug policy and services. All of our staff engage in continuous professional development. We are in the final stages of reviewing our Strategic Plan, ‘Inspiring Change & Growth, Reducing Harm, Increasing Choices, 2022 – 2025’.

Rialto Community Drug Team is funded by the HSE (Section 39 and Social Inclusion), the Canal Communities Local Drug and Alcohol Task Force and the Department of Justice.

Rialto Community Drug Team is a constituent part of the RDA charity (CHY No. 12559 Charity Reg. No 20037031) and presents its audited accounts to comply with both the requirements of the Companies Acts 2014, and also the Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (Charities SORP FRS102).

Child Safeguarding Statement

Rialto Community Drug Team completed a risk assessment and a Child Safeguarding Statement that outlines the policies and procedures in place to ensure all children and young people participating in our family programmes are kept safe from harm.  Our Child Safeguarding Statement can be viewed here.

Feedback and Complaints Procedure

Here at Rialto Community Drug Team we welcome all your comments, general complaints, compliments and feedback. If you wish to contact us about any aspect of our work, you can contact us in writing or by telephone. In the first instance, your correspondence will be dealt with by our Administrator in a timely manner.

Our complaints policy can be viewed here.

We endeavour to resolve all complaints at the first point of contact. If this is not possible, we will work hard to reply to you within five working days and ten working days for letter correspondence.

If you are not satisfied with the response you can escalate your complaint to the Chairperson of Rialto Community Drug Team.
